AVIAREPS UK has represented Lotte Hotels and Resorts since 2018. Lotte Hotels are the largest hotel chain in Korea with additional hotels across Asia and the USA. Lotte currently do not have any hotels located in Europe.

Results:

• Increased sales from all sectors including TMC’s Corporates, leisure and MICE markets
• Captured new corporate RFPs and brought in new contracted business to their hotels
• Raised the Lotte Hotel brand awareness by building relationships and meeting with business partners on a regular basis and this is continuing
• Increased the number of visitors from UK/Europe to the Lotte.com website and increased direct bookings
• Hugely raised Lotte brand awareness through media coverage by coordinating with TV film production and press, arranging journalist visits for reviews and TV filming
